Objective

Launched a new cultural Valentine’s event aimed at expanding reach and fostering engagement within the Taiwanese student community across the Boston area.

My Contribution

  • Led internal coordination across BU TOSA’s creative, PR, and event planning teams.

  • Managed external collaboration with NEU TSA, including meeting scheduling, preparation timelines, and cross-team alignment.

  • Acted as the primary liaison—drafting and distributing internal and external meeting notes to ensure clarity and progress tracking.

  • Oversaw TOSA’s deliverables such as promotional video production, post-event content, and on-site beverage planning.

Event Objective

Maintain and elevate an annual flagship event that provides an inclusive platform for all talents to showcase their creativity without limitations.

My Contribution

  • Facilitated communication across multiple functional teams to ensure smooth coordination.

  • Collaborated with the school’s facilities department to manage event logistics, including equipment setup and audio/lighting cues.

  • Oversaw the design and production of promotional materials—including social media posts, posters, participant ID cards, certificates, and other printed logistics.

  • Recruited and coordinated 10 performance groups, managing scheduling, communication, and on-site support.
